Harvested from Our Farm, fresh vegetables and herbs are refined by the chef’s artistry into exquisite creations that grace your evening table. The experience begins with a delicate appetizer of Okinawan herb chicken accompanied by the rich sweetness of sun-ripened cherry tomatoes, followed by a fish course infused with the bright fragrance of kaffir lime from Our Farm.
