Printemps~ Footsteps of Spring ~


Inspired by the theme “Footsteps of Spring, Felt Through the Five Senses,” this course dinner celebrates the season with vibrant dishes made from seasonal vegetables and fresh seafood. The fish course features thick-cut flounder, gently grilled and served in a concentrated clam-infused broth, finished with edible flowers. For the main dish, delicately cooked Wagyu sirloin offers a tender, melting texture, accompanied by early-harvest new potatoes and spring vegetables that reflect the quiet arrival of spring.
