The evening kaiseki is presented with delicate compositions inspired by the fresh greenery of May, featuring simmered golden eye snapper at its peak and Wagyu prepared in a fragrant miso-yuan style—each dish designed to engage the senses and grace a meaningful occasion.For lunch, kaiseki set meals are also available, incorporating seasonal ingredients such as young sweetfish and sea bass.
