A special menu has been thoughtfully composed, bringing together the season’s finest ingredients alongside selections particularly favored by our female guests. The evening kaiseki is presented with delicate compositions inspired by the fresh greenery of May, featuring simmered golden eye snapper at its peak and Wagyu prepared in a fragrant miso-yuan style—each dish designed to engage the senses and grace a meaningful occasion.For lunch, kaiseki set meals are also available, incorporating seasonal ingredients such as young sweetfish and sea bass. Enjoy a warm and memorable time, filled with gentle smiles, in the company of your mother.
