Like the soft glow that illuminates a snowy landscape, the Yukiakari Kaiseki warms both body and spirit. The menu features winter’s finest offerings—yellowtail, scallops, Shogoin daikon, and other seasonal delicacies—paired with a hot pot of snow crab shabu-shabu. The dish is complemented by a refined dashi and Mahae’s house-made ponzu, prepared with Okinawa’s signature citrus, Shikuwasa, to enhance the natural flavor of each ingredient.
