This Chinese course dinner showcases seasonal ingredients, including Okinawan spring vegetables, prepared with a refined sensibility. Inspired by traditional Cantonese cuisine, the menu features delicately crafted dishes beginning with steamed vegetables in a bamboo basket. Highlights include Ryukyu sugi fish served with a broth of dried shrimp and scallop, oven-roasted beef ribeye accented with Okinawa’s island pepper, and a nourishing herbal soup made with time and care.
