Ryukyu Summer Gastronomy 2026

Rooted in the traditions of classical Cantonese cuisine, this refined course at Ryukasaien expresses Okinawa’s seasonal ingredients with quiet elegance. Delicately steamed pike conger eel, served with a rich fish sauce and layered aromatics, is followed by oven-roasted kuroge wagyu accompanied by a house-made Chinese sauce gently scented with osmanthus. Composed to suit the height of summer, the experience concludes with traditional desserts, including authentic almond tofu crafted from apricot kernels and classic baked confections.
