Ayu, emblematic of summer, is delicately grilled to reveal its fragrant aroma and subtle sweetness. Alongside, kuroge wagyu served with refreshing shiso and a clear soup of delicate pike conger eel unfold with understated elegance, offering a refined expression of the season through the artistry of Japanese cuisine.
