Inspired by the summer light, vibrant greenery, and gentle sea breeze of The Busena Terrace, this seasonal kaiseki brings together carefully selected ingredients shaped with quiet precision. Ayu, emblematic of summer, is delicately grilled to reveal its fragrant aroma and subtle sweetness. Alongside, kuroge wagyu served with refreshing shiso and a clear soup of delicate pike conger eel unfold with understated elegance, offering a refined expression of the season through the artistry of Japanese cuisine.
