Menu de Resurrection

Created under the supervision of Fabio Bragagnolo, the Michelin two-star chef from Corsica, France, this special dinner course brings together the ingredient-led spirit of Italian cuisine with the refined techniques of French gastronomy. A seafood amuse opens the experience with bright citrus notes, followed by dishes such as fregola, the traditional pasta of Sardinia, and langoustine with eggplant, thoughtfully composed to draw out the delicate flavors of the sea. Together, the courses evoke a gentle dialogue between the culinary traditions of Italy and France, carried on the breeze of the Mediterranean.
