An early taste of spring arrives at our tropical resort, surrounded by flowers and lush greenery. Delicate sweets capture the season, from a light cherry blossom and jasmine tea mousse to madeleines brightened with fragrant seasonal “Tankan” Orange. Savory selections feature spring ingredients such as asparagus and tender rapeseed greens, thoughtfully prepared in a variety of appetizers. Surrounded by soft spring sunlight at Maroad, settle in for an elegant afternoon tea.
