Aseasonal course bringing together the finest Okinawan Wagyu, live abalone, and spiny lobster prepared on the teppan, complemented by a selection of imayu sashimi from Japanese Restaurant Mahae. In Okinawa, imayu refers to fresh fish caught in the island's coastal waters. These locally caught fish, alongside other seasonal varieties, are expertly prepared as sashimi to reveal their natural flavor and texture. The flavors of the spring sea bring a graceful finishing touch to this refined dining experience.
