Welcome the New Year with a special kaiseki featuring traditional osechi delicacies, including herring roe, black soybeans, and prawns. The finest ingredients of the season, from both land and sea, are thoughtfully presented, with richly flavored butterfish at its peak among the highlights. Each dish reflects the skill and care of our chefs, creating an elegant beginning to the year.
