For lunch, the highlight among the hot dishes is the ever-popular Misaki Beef hamburger steak from Ishigaki Island. Dinner offerings include a refreshing salad of mint and premium watermelon from Nakijin Village, sautéed akamachi—one of Okinawa’s top three luxury fish—served with herb sauce, and an array of desserts such as mango tart topped generously with Okinawan mango.
