Inspired by the gentle glow of light against a snowy landscape, Snowlit Kaiseki offers a comforting celebration of winter. Seasonal ingredients, including yellowtail, scallops, and Shogoin daikon radish, are thoughtfully prepared to reveal their natural flavors. The highlight is a Japanese Black Wagyu hot pot with finely grated daikon, whose delicate sweetness complements the richness of the beef. A refined expression of winter, offering warmth and lingering flavors.
