A signature gozen set, thoughtfully prepared for you to enjoy in the privacy of your villa. Discover the flavors of Okinawa through traditional dishes such as Nakami-Jiru, a heritage pork soup inspired by the Ryukyu Kingdom era; Tofuyo, delicately fermented tofu; Fu Champuru, stir-fried wheat gluten with vegetables; and Soki, tender simmered pork ribs. Carefully composed, the set offers a gentle introduction to the island’s rich culinary culture.
