Decennial Signature Awamori Cocktail
To mark the 10th anniversary of The Uza Terrace Beach Club Villas, celebrated on March 18, 2026, a commemorative cocktail, Umui Harmony, is presented at the Bar & Lounge. Inspired by a decade of time and craft, it is based on Omoro 10-year aged awamori, layered with the French liqueur Le Birlou, made from apple and chestnut, creating a rich and gently rounded sweetness. A delicate touch of salinity from roselle chips sourced from Our Farm brings clarity and balance to the finish. Subtle and expressive, this is a cocktail that carries the essence of Okinawa and France, lingering with quiet elegance.
