Made with house-crafted dough featuring wheat from Our Farm and the gentle sweetness of Yomitan’s beni-imo, this galette reflects a thoughtful sense of place. Thick-cut, crispy bacon lends a satisfying depth, while aged Parmesan imparts a refined, savory richness—coming together in a dish that is both comforting and quietly indulgent.

Fragrant Pot-au-Feu from Our Farm

Slowly simmered with pesticide-free vegetables and herbs from Our Farm, this classic pot-au-feu is prepared with care alongside tender beef short rib. The broth draws out the vegetables’ natural sweetness and quiet depth, creating a flavor that is both delicate and comforting. Served with generously cut vegetables, each gently infused with the essence of the broth, it offers a warming and restorative experience.

Vegan Pasta from Our Farm

A warm pasta gently scented with basil, welcoming the morning with quiet freshness. A vibrant sauce of basil and spinach from Our Farm envelops the pasta, while seasonal vegetables, fragrant herbs, and vegan cheese add depth and elegance. Thoughtfully presented, it brings a sense of brightness and calm to the breakfast table.

Omelette

The omelette is fluffy and made with fresh eggs from the prefecture, and has a fluffy buttery aroma. Enjoy with seasonal vegetables from "OUR FARM".
